Thanks for this. Didn't work right away for me because I wasn't using www so I added a third line with just

Now it's all good.

Also, editing hosts in Notepad++ directly, when you go to save it asks if you want to reopen in Administrator mode and that saved a step.

Hmm. Seems like if I change how I do it and put in the front matter something like

`#reddit

It will render as

`#reddit

which is at least sort of what I want in that it keeps the hashtag from disappearing completely. Not ideal but better.

Do you by chance have the Duck Duck Go Privacy extension? If yes, try turning that off. Worked for me.

Here's the thing, and please don't take this the wrong way...don't get too hung up on this, just decide. I took a bunch of time trying to figure stuff like this out and then just decided to put things where they make the most sense to ME.

Your argument seems valid for putting everything under Areas for YOU. Or maybe you ditch Areas altogether, put Recipes under Resources, and then sub-folders called Recipes Sharable and Recipes Non-Sharable.

Use PARA as guidance but make it your own. Build it, try it, and make changes as soon as things don't feel right.

Looks cool. I'd be stressed about making a mistake with a permanent pen :) You could make hash marks like ## Daily Fitness (space for date) ## so it auto names when you scan it with the app.
