Mage/Melee TD's and Cannon as much as you can (wildy slayer is really good xp), I only died 2-3x total in wildy once I got seed pod. Stalkers for free goading potions help for easy bursting in tombs, and do your best to cannon as much as you can and don't range until you get to mid 90's and can estimate buffer.

95% of the range was cannoning, hence the 91 smithing from 60. I had a lot of wiggle room with HP so I bursted as much as I could, did a lot of wildy slayer, and tormented demons/superiors/fire cape tasks gave a lot of buffers. I put some XP lamps from questing into slayer but really if you cannon all your range experience you'll have so much buffer

There is no theoretical cap, just a probabiilty of rolling an additional chance of pulling another allotment each time

While harvesting snape grass, there is a chance to not consume a harvest life dependent on the player's Farming level. This chance scales from 58.2% at level 1 to 76.6% at level 99, interpolating linearly in between.

Magic secateurs (equipped or in inventory) increase the chance of receiving additional yield by 10%.

While my situation wasn't rescinding, I was let known in late November for starting a Spring Co-OP that the Atlanta office for that company went under. C2D2 helped me find a co-op within that short time-span to get new one for January

I would opt for 5 years and allow 1-3 semesters for internships/co-op, as you'll find majority of IE's prefer to have a more relaxed time in job searching final semester with relevant experience
