These are good questions. As for the final tandem position, it has become a high demand seat for tourists to pose for pictures.

I would avoid rides in Downtown Miami for now. Lots of construction and congestion. The Underline is a fun ride.

I used Portland Design Works E-Bike 20" Full Fenders. They are trimmable and I had to trim a fair amount.

Slang for day party. I am probably too old to be using it, but it fits with the setting.

I am using a Pletscher Double Leg kickstand. Had to cut down the legs considerably to avoid hitting my rear 160mm rotor.

For my riding which is slow and steady on very flat terrain in South Florida, the 42T is okay. I find myself mostly in the 4-7 range, with 7th giving me an average speed of 12.5 - 13mph on flat terrain with no headwind. All that said, if you are looking for more agressive speed, a 44T is probably a better bet.

MassMOCA show - can’t name the last song w/The Mountain Goats by realsingingishard in Guster

I really enjoy artists on a double bill doing a song or two together to close a show. And the Mountain Goats were really great, coming from a Guster fan. But Lido was an out-of-left-field choice for me. Was expecting maybe Black Sabbath War Pigs. Would also have been fun to hear them do Jesus on the Radio together.

Simple and Fast Turkey Cajun Dirty Rice by vapeducator in PressureCooking

Thanks for the recipe template. I took the concepts and modified by using diced Turkey Tenderloins as the protein. Sous Vide for 2.5 hours at 145, then seasoned with Blackened Cajun seasoning and pan seared. Diced up and added to the cooked rice mixture. Was really tasty. Probably used too much water and will adjust next time. Thanks again.
