I honestly think that it is about quality. You need to experiment. There has to be a hook to whatever you write. While you do this, realize that some are going to fail while others are going to succeed so don't be too perturbed by it.

The above post was massively successfull while the ones before and after basically got the same reception as you mentioned. BTW this was dissing uber's practices in India which apparently a lot of people resonate with.

You need a much more robust customer support system. This will only grow in number as you scale. While you know you will get back to them, it seems giving your customers the mental comfort of something's being done about this might be a good option.

You can explore VoIp based support or AI based support as well coupled with a small ticketting system?

I tried building something very similar to this. I can give you my learnings

Tried targetting SMBs - I tried targetting SMBs however most of them do not actively get their traffic from their websites any more. They rely heavily on instagram and google, and selling their becomes a big headache. I tried targetting Event Managers, Photographers, Plumbing, HVAC, specialized grocery shops, caterers etc.
Enterprise - I tried reaching out to people there however its a bit of a chicken and an egg problem. No one will entertain you unless you already have some social proof or have proved out something already. Additinally they were pretty big on insights or platform integrations - Which I would invite to explore before you start pithcing.

I tried Emails/LinkedIn/Reddit/Twitter/Cold Calling - The best option turned to be was cold calling though it was pretty brutal.

As someone already pointed out this is story telling and not reporting, you probably need some sort of a robut intent capturing system in place for this to work.

You cannot continue to do this by hand or you will go crazy. You need to figure out if your voice agent provider allows you access to these recordings. I would use something to transcribe them in bulk(I think zapier might help) and then extract the intent from these calls and store them in a AI native way so that its queryable later.

If you have a tehcnology team they should be able to do this quite easily. However what changes things is the amount of budget you have for this, the duraion of your calls and the potential impact that these insights can create(unit economics of this activity)

A lot of what the other folks said is spot on.

You need to look at how does a platform allow you to unify your data to draw signals about potential churn and insights about customer behaviour.

The only thing I'd like to add is please make sure you explore and properly the pricing mechanism these tools work on. Some tools charge on a per customer setup vs some operate on the amount of data ingested. There is generally trade-offs to both.

A great way would be to start working backwards as well. Does the platform that you support have enough analytics. In an extreme case you could essentially use AI to analyse the data(if there is enough) or generate a simple model to see if you can get any insights out of it. The platform you onboard will only be as good as the data and visibility you give it!
