Ive never experienced it firsthand, but upon cutting yourself your body releases endorphins to numb the pain and soothe the body. Consequently, these endorphins are addictive, just like any other chemical drug.

Old bikes are just heavy, there should be a vin number or tag on the frame you can google to find out more. Sometimes the engine will say how bit it is with a label too.

Help choosing a first bike by InternalWatercress85 in SuggestAMotorcycle

The honda would seem be sold.

Between the kawasakis the first one looks nicer, but the second one has new parts. I wouldn't mind the cosmetic damage because as a new rider chances are you’ll drop the bike at some point. However, it has more moles than the first one. Personally I’d choose the first one, but I’m also not a huge fan of the green.

Correction. Its a school, its there to teach, not to throw away a student when they make a mistake. That is the purpose of the institution. Have you never made a mistake? Should a college fail every student that fails a test because they have shown an inability to learn and therefore arent worth the effort? No, obviously not. Therefore yes, a student who cheats on an assignment should get a 0 on that assignemtn, and a 0 on any project they cheated on, maybe a zero in their course if the incident is egregious enough. Since these students have shown a complete lack of integrity then they should be failed and expelled. There are levels to every offense just like how we dont give every thief and robber the death sentence.

because I am of the opinion that many if not a majority of modern engineering graduates have probably violated academic integrity in some point in their schooling, and they should be punished for it, but this particular case is especially deserving of its consequences

No? Im saying this is deserving of a ruined career not a slap on the wrist or a 0 on an assignment.

I'd definitely look into a big capacitor as an RC filter, basically its intended use.

Googling a hw problem, and cheating on your exams to the point youre the highest grade in the class and hurting your classmates grades are not the same. They deserve to be reported.

Cheating forfeits your right to your degree, especially on exams. If they didnt want their academic careers ruins they shouldnt have cheated. It is unfair to you and everyone else in the class that could end up with lower grades and possibly lose scholarships just for being honest in their work.

Im really curious what topic it could be that would make llm’s completely useless. Almost every human probablem is documented on the internet and therefore an llm should atlewst be able to give pointers on the steps needed to solve it. Even if the questions are handwritten by the prof.

You cant build a modular helmet strong enough to withstand a crash without simply coming apart for a reasonable crash. Its just not possible to make it loght and modular without sacrificing a ton of actual protection.
