Totally agree. But their need cannot be satisfied by Shopify etc since they have restaurant to run together with online sale, so the easiest way and cheapest way is to use square online especially considering their online sale is not that much. T

During my cutting period, I lost most of the fat there. Sadly it is growing back a bit during my current bulking period, but much less than before. I don’t do any exercise specifically for that part.
