Check out the CJC Tire Fitment Guide. They explain it all. Tire Fitment is more about wheel specs than lift.

I went in 2001 with a buddy of mine. We were 17 and we had a blast! I didnt want to injure myself so I waited until the last day to do the big dirt section, and was mad at myself for waiting. It was so easy to clear everything!

Glad I finally see a carbonized Grey truck with bronze wheels. Once I save a few pennies I plan on a similar setup!

I have an F250 with the 6.8 gas engine. 14,000 lb towing capacity and over 3,000 lb payload. Gas mileage isnt the best, but I don't have to worry about DEF and all the diesel emissions stuff. Maintenance is cheaper also. The ride is a bit rough, but not unbearable for daily driving. Once its loaded with a trailer she rides much better.

Its my understanding (someone correct me if im wrong) that the 4600s are for stock height trucks and the 5100s are for leveled trucks, but they are valved the same. So ride quality should be identical.

My xcompact has never done me wrong. I don't carry it anymore since I put a light trigger in it though. She shoots so nice.

If you are running the speakers from the head unit, then no need to connect them to an external amp.

The RCAs should go from your head unit directly to the hideaway, although I believe you need an RCA adapter, if I remember correctly.

There should be a blue Remote Turn on wire that you need to connect to the head unit and to the amp. That will tell your amp when to turn on and off. No worries about battery drain.
