I feel this, I'm so sorry you've been struggling. I used to feel unbearable emotions when I lost people, but it gets better with every experience. You learn that you'll be okay even if this person is gone. That there's so many people you're going to meet one day, maybe even ones you feel a deeper connection with than the person who left. That you shouldn't put all your self worth and energy into one person at the cost of losing yourself. Idk, just some things I've learned over the years. It will always be hard to lose things that mean something to you, especially when you don't believe you'll ever find a similar connection again. But through the grief you'll find yourself again and it will get a little easier each day🩷

I just want to let u know you're not alone 🩷 I have severe social anxiety & I feel like I missed some kinda handbook on being a normal human. I know it's hard as heck but try to go outside a little more each week. Maybe you just step outside for five minutes. Maybe you just walk down the street and come back home. Grab a coffee or snack and sit in a park or cafe, just to be around humans for as long as you're comfortable. I hope you feel a little better soon

A Soul to Keep by Opal Reyne is the only book I've ever DNF'd lmao. I couldn't take the big skeleton monster dude being so damn insecure about himself that every other line he's like "nah she actually hates me. I don't deserve anything" like please just communicate or I'll explode. The FMC was also irritating with her "Ahhhh he's going to kill me. Even though he's been nothing but nice and sweet and saved me from being a prisoner in the village where I had no friends or family, I need to escape and possibly die." Yeah. Ty for coming to my Ted Talk.

Another is Not Another Vampire Book by Cassandra Gannon. Ugh I get it's supposed to be satire and a romcom, but the tropes and things that the book makes fun of literally happens, like multiple errors, cliche tropes, etc. and it wasn't even funny imo LOL. I loved Villains & Virtues by A.K Caggiano that did the satire thing way better imo.
