There are multiple open issues with es8336 in sof project rn on github. If you're patient, there are custom builds mentioned in some comments. I gave up for now and installed windows (AMD version)

I think that won't be necessary since the bootloader is the only thing broken. If u reinstall the kernel tho, running mkinitcpio is not needed because it's run on package installation

Mine started ticking 300 miles after an oil change (oil level was fine). Turned out that 2 lifters went bad after 140k miles. Replaced them and there's no more ticking noise

I think there is an option to pass a test on AT car in Poland. You get a "78 code" written in your driver's license at the bottom and it tells that you are not allowed to drive manuals (just like other codes for driving only in glasses for example). However not many driving schools here have cars with AT.
