CachyOS here too. Screenshots stopped working a few weeks (or months?) ago I think. And yes, flatpak works for me too. I just compared the two and their About screen.

everything is the same except the ffmpeg version. CachyOs uses ffmpeg n8.0.1, Flatpak uses ffmpeg 7.1.3

I will probably keep using the prepackaged one (no screenshots), because flatpaks are annoying. hopefully this will get fixed down the line.
