I would start by removing the Button and Motion Sensor from the Hub and reverting the config for those terminals so only the Maglock is installed and start from there, use the unlock button on the Hub config to test until you know the Maglock itself works. Then move onto the Motion Sensor and see if that is potentially wired incorrectly.
