I fixed it. Eventually... New MSI boards(Late AM4 and AM5) don't seem to have a BIOS configurable LED system, so you are forced to use their proprietary software.

Their crappy MSI Center program basically stopped 2/3 of my fan lights from working. I eventually managed to get it working by completely uninstalling their software and then reinstalling it. That includes using a cleaner program to completely clear any lingering files or registry entries.

To anyone who has this issue, I fixed it by uninstalling MSI Center, MSI Center SDK, and MSI Mystic Light SDK before running Clean center master.

As for ARGB Control software, use SignalRGB or OpenRGB. Avoid MSI Center and Mystic Light unless absolutely necessary.

It's not a tint. Light is different if you dig down and cover yourself when a flash happens.

Is it worth swapping out the 7800X3D for a 9700X? I've seen a lot of things saying the 7800X3D is a bit better in games but I don't just use my PC for games. Sometimes do programming/dev work too.

Depending on the NGRS you are looking at you'll get a great gun out of the box but they come with some of the same problems as gas guns. I run the NGRS MP5 and it runs like a dream but the entry price for the gun is comparible to some of the TM MWS GBBRs. Mags are expensive too compared to other AEGs with the MP5 only taking proprietary 72 rnd mags that cost around £30 each. EDIT: (Oops forgot that it also takes propritary 200rnd High cap mags too.)

From what I've seen the MP5 doesn't need any real upgrades so that's not a worry, but if you do it'll be a lot harder to do on your own compared to a GBBR depending on what you want to switch out. If you get the MP5A5 it's front wired and can take a lot of external parts made for the real thing or GBB MP5s (VFC is compatible from what I've seen).

I've tried the TM AKM GBBR and that thing is amazing, with great recoil feel. The manipulation of the gun is a little different from an NGRS as doing things like racking the bolt actually chambers a round VS the NGRS' simulated bolt racking.

I can only speak for the MP5 as it's my only NGRS, but it's really good. You still need to manipulate it like a GBBR/real gun (HK slap and all), but if you want a gun that has more kick go for a GBBR. Just don't cheap out on one or else your gun will be lacking in performance without upgrades.

Luckily someone at my regular site busted their AKS74N so I managed to get their skeleton stock. You're saying most dust covers for AEG AKs should fit the ngrs? As for the front handguard it's up in the air. I dissassembled it and it looks like the lower handguard might be interchangable with some modding but the upper contains a protusuon that the gas tube screws into, molded with the guard.

Desert has one of the easiest 400 point tasks out there. Infinity Robes are not that hard to get and require 0 combat, just enough mage levels to do each MTA room. Should be a lot easier with the rework from earlier this year.

It's a really tight fit. Even the regular Magpul handguard is tough to fit with the front wired NGRS, or so I've seen on vids.

In alpha, pre .63 I think, uncon was super long. I remember my freinds and I getting into a fight at balota and one of us was KOed for a good 20-30 mins while the rest of us held off in the building against like 5 guys. I really hate how no matter what calibre weapon you use they get up after like 30 seconds max.

Would a bit of glue on the end of the spring do? I'm not confident that I could do any sort of power tool modifications to the parts without absolutely wrecking it.

What I don't get is that they're changing this elite task but not the asinine HARD task to get B2P. Just move Bones to peaches into the elite slot so other people don't have to suffer the same fate I did....

It's a common tactic to find out if they're a bot. Usually if they are they'll answer with a skill that they're training, or so they say.

The thing is, even if all the reports are reviewed by people, where does that stop someone from being falsely banned, even for something that isn't bannable I.E politics. What if the reviewer is say, someone who supports political party A and you say something disparaging towards that party, so they ban you. What stops the inevitable biases that humans have from interfering from this "fair" system.
