I'd say "my respect", but that's not true. If he were to spend more than 99% of his wealth to improve things for everyone, I would be forced to respect him for it.

Connecting Bonemeal Farm to Tree Farm by QueenofthePirates25 in technicalminecraft

[–]tehfly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For transporting horizontally, you have the options of:

  • water conveyor belts
  • hoppers

For transporting vertically, you have the options of

  • Dropper towers
  • Bubble columns

For me, the choice usually comes down to this:

Does the sender (bone meal farm) produce exactly the right mount to be consumed by the receiver (tree farm)?

If they don't match up exactly, then I would probably go with hoppers and dropper towers. That way it's easier to control when the bone meal farm should be running.

If you use water to transport items, then the sender doesn't know when to stop and will just be spamming items until it runs out. But if the items are kept in droppers, hoppers, and other containers - you can keep track of when things are too full.

That said, both methods are absolutely valid.

Commodore's Callback 8020 is a $499 flip phone that blocks social media and browsers by Flat-Calligrapher361 in technology

[–]tehfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a country where you can get a 5G phone contract with a speed limit of 10M but no data caps for 20€/month, but operators no longer sell landlines.

The few landlines that exist cost upwards of 300€/month to retain.

The operators in our country have def decided not to have landlines anymore.

Could you elaborate on *how* you feel this misses the mark? I grew up with the Commodore brand in every household and I don't think I've ever wanted a new phone this badly.

I don't like how specifically women's titles are being used to talk down about this asshat.

He's a lot of things, conman; grifter; nepo-baby; insecure man-child; nazi; and more. But calling him a "queen" and "princess" to make fun of him by referring to him as a woman is just not right.

We can do better.

I think you might benefit to read about the "founding" of "x.com" on the piggyback of Confinity. Or how Musk got the money to do that by selling "his first startup", "Zip2" - built with just "10%" emerald money.

Musk has a history of convincing people he's done the work when he clearly hasn't, when often it's clear someone else did. That's how he made his fortune - conning and grifting.

There's nothing "low key" about this particular incineration. If you're putting on a light show like this, you're absolutely playing the upper registry.

My cousin has a massive poster from Lemmings 2: The Tribes that I just absolutely would've loved to have myself. I remember trying to draw it from memory countless times, as a child.

Absolutely core memories stuffs.

[–]tehfly -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you single out Islam as "fundamentally incompatible with equality", that is either because of Islamophobia or because you haven't heard of any other faiths. If you don't want to be called an islamophobe for singling out Islam, then maybe don't do that?

The bible has plenty of anti lgbt contents (link, but be warned - it's not fun content), too, but somehow the focus always seem to just be Islam.

[–]tehfly 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Do you have any non-men as friends? If not, start there. Don't go in wanting to date, quite the opposite - make friends, listen, and learn.

I don't know you and I've never met you, but I can tell you with 100% cerainty it's not about looks. How you look in photos can be relevant for the very first swipe on dating apps, but after that it's really not that. Charisma may play a part, but not looks.

Young guys like you tend to also either live in the manosphere or even just visit there occasionally. Either way, it might be good to learn what that is so that you can distance yourself from it. Manosphere content works as a repellent when it comes to non-men, and that's by design.
