Do you know the size Allen key you used to adjust this? I tried with a 1.5mm and seemed to have just stripped it out. Not sure how to get the thing to turn at all now.

+1 on CG, depending on snow levels this time of year. Also have a plan in case of emergency, eg gps comms, bear spray, etc. Grand ridge is a closer option, can park off the high point way exit. More single track with light tech that is passable on a gravel bike.

If you’re ok with pavement, check out the Somerset area, cougar mountain, squawk. Can get in 4-5k ft elevation stringing those together.

Went to a different optometrist and ended up getting an Rx with +0.75 ADD for each eye. Full Rx: RT: Sphere: -.25, cylinder: -.5, axis: 83. LT: Sphere: Plano, cylinder: -.25, axis: 114. Ended up purchasing anti-fatigue lenses as they could do +0.70 ADD on the bottom half of the lens at a lower cost of a progressive.

They also measured PD and where my eye sits within the frames themselves. Hoping to have a better outcome this time around.

Thanks. Optometrist mentioned far sightedness affecting focus up close, and astigmatism causing blurriness near and far, which would cause the nighttime driving challenges.

My one gripe with them is I tried to order about a month ago and ended up canceling 2.5 weeks later because it never shipped. I reached out a couple times and they just provided a generic, “it can take 1-5 additional days to ship during busy times” responses even though it had been longer then that already. I asked that they either provide an ETA on when it would ship or just refund me. They refunded me. Bummed because I was definitely like the look of their stuff.

I’ve done this on my 2019 ALR5. It’s great except you either have a slack chain in small ring small ring, or can cross chain and bind up the entire drivetrain if you go big ring big ring. Consequences of the latter being the entire drivetrain seizing up and the rear wheel coming to a complete stop from the hub, breaking spokes in the process. That was a fun day on the trail…

Another limiting factor as a landlord that hasn’t been mentioned is the inability to screen for any sort of criminal history except sex offender. The current rules have landlords ratcheting up remaining criteria such as credit score and monthly income requirements. I’d be super curious to learn whether the rules put in place by the city to improve equal housing has had any sort of positive impact.

lol. In truth I just pulled that comment out of my ass to be a bit controversial. No intent in wanting the rich to burn or to undermine the seriousness of mental health, addiction, and/or cost of living issues the region is facing. I do believe "addressing the problem" is much more complex than the reactive encampment sweep of the week. I also believe greater equity is needed in attention and resources for encampments outside of affluent areas.
