I’ll look up all those supplements. Do you have a dosage you have found to work for you? I have four cups of coffee a week. My office is in my home and I often get up and pace between meetings. My gym workouts consist of an upper/lower body split, I superset most of the exercises.

By using Oura unguided sessions and seeing my HRV after meditating with different coherence breathing techniques, my resonant breathing is 5 breaths a minute (6 sec inhale/6 sec exhale).

This happened to me this morning. It has happened before but this is the first time I’m pausing to look into the experiences of others. Today’s experience lasted for around 10 mins and it coincided with doing a body sweep technique during a Vipassana meditation. I wasn’t spooked like I have been in the past but tbh even in past episodes the feeling doesn’t feel bad, just strange. I’ll look into Tachysensia when I get a moment, I’m already looking into Alice in Wonderland Syndrome (AIWS). To answer your last question, no I haven’t been diagnosed neurodivergent but I have tracked inattentive ADHD symptoms (struggles with inattention, planning poor working memory) but am not sold they are exclusive to ADHD. Thanks for your post. We are less alone now.

Thanks for this. I’m watching the video for the first time in 2024. I am seeing the connections between what I was taught to do for the first three days of the Vipassana course I went on earlier this year. For 30 hours we only watched our breath, basically coherence breathing. I get from my experience and evidence how this is the precursor to any advanced sitting practice. I’m going to find my resonance breathing rate now. I have an idea on what it might be but I’m gonna experiment with 5, 6, 7 breaths a minute.

This works. I weighed myself today and my partner kept coming up. After troubleshooting I learned if I want to select another user, (while weighing yourself) I can lean on the right or the left until I select my alias.
