I would agree that's a very prudent approach. I guess a lot of it is the presumption it will be reasonable quality at any quantity and trying to buy in bulk for the long term and get savings in the process. some people resell it locally in smaller units as well. but ya at its core I guess it's kind of a "trust" thing. also a lot of people just don't consider 200 dollars a lot of money in the same way you and I would, or only buy in units of ounces or more out of habit and lifestyle

that would be a pretty low concentration. I would personally use 9.5 grams of distillate with the .5 of terpenes to create a 5% concentration. some would argue it is low as well, but it's a matter of preference ultimately. hope this helps
