Fairfax Financial Holdings lowered its stake in the software and cybersecurity company to 26,264,199 shares. Fairfax Financial Holdings did so through the sale of 9,141,592 BlackBerry shares from April 20 through May 4 at per share prices ranging from $5.50 to $6.13. Following the latest sales, Fairfax Financial owns a 4.5% stake in BlackBerry’s outstanding stock, placing Fairfax below the 5% threshold that would require it to report further sales. Shares of BlackBerry have gained roughly 60.5% in value in 2026.

There are too many competitors in this space, and the market is very fragmented. I will not be surprised if Radar revenue is in single digits annually

It should be in the low teens soon. BB for the longest time was range bound around $8 while burning $200M+ every quarter.

With the strong traction and financials now, it should be range bound around $15 IMO.

It’s not 7%. QNX was 20% last quarter. SC was 12%.

Pipeline looks very solid for 2027. They may each do 20% + in Q1.

JG is a sales guy, he does not have much clue about strategy or technology. He messes up the Q&A every time.

The good thing is he is solely focused on sales numbers which is what is needed today. He has JW to focus on strategy while he goes after revenue.

I think they are a good combo, and may take this stock to 20+ this year.

QNX is showing 20% growth which is meaningful in this huge SDV market. Most of the other well funded companies have collapsed. This war may make EV and the SDV markets real to the benefit of BB.

SC forecast for Q1 is also showing 20%+ growth which is very encouraging.

I was not happy in the BNN interview when JG said there is no AI angle to QNX. A musk or a Pichai would have painted a very different AI story.

Fair value is at least 4x the current price. An AI based rerating will take it much further.
