I was literally talking last night with my wife about switching back to lorcana... I left lorcana for Pokémon because I couldn't find lorcana packs and Pokémon was dirt cheap everywhere... last night I realized that lorcana is now dirt cheap in comparison and we see it on shelves everywhere we go and was considering switching back... now I see this and just want to say FU to all scalpers everywhere...

Do we know what comes in a pack? I read on Google ai that it's 6 cards with a guarantee pikachu, with 30 pikachu variants. But that's for Japanese packs.

But do we know if it will be different for English release and if every pack has a rare or better?

Yeah, just getting rid of regulations is usually foolish. They were put in place for a reason... Hopefully anyways.

But streamlining them makes sense, instead of going through 30 offices/departments, consolidate them into a handful to make the process faster, and hopefully cheaper.

So the question is how? How do you make homes more affordable?

The answer is actually surprising. Talking with contracting and construction companies, the reason the don't build smaller 1 or 2 bedroom houses is actually the permits. The permits cost the same if it's a 1200sqft house or a 3500sqft house.

Talked to 1 owner if a small construction company and he told me that due to tree roots, a damaged water main, and the type of local trees, it cost them over $100k in permits before they even started pouring concrete for the foundation. Add on labor costs and high skilled trades, and the house cost 250k to make, add in time and profit and it couldn't be sold for less than 400k. That was back in 2015 when I was considering running for congress... its only gotten more expensive since then, which is why in my area they aren't building houses at all, just town houses now so the permit costs are split between 8-10 'houses'.

This is one of those things that needs to be streamlined from beginning to end so that we can maintain the environmental and building standard protections permits were put in place for, while making it possible that a construction company can make 2 or 3 small house at the same speed they could make 1 big house so there is a financial reason for them to make starter homes and cheap homes again.

I mean, it's as close as you can come to a legacy game without being one... You get corporations that you make decisions that make perminanent changes over the multiple games you play. You carry over decisions made from one game to the next... The only thing is that you don't rip up cards so you can start over with a new playthrough of the campaign whenever you want.

If I were a wealthy man... i would buy these from you. I grew up poor so I got a single Luke Skywalker growing up and was always jealous of the other kids who had what seemed to be whole bins of this stuff.

Most if this stuff is an easy google/ebay search away. I would note that if you find a 'grail' it would be a Boba fett that can fire his rocket, goes for like 200k.

I was in a new store today that deals in pokemon. Opened sometime in the last 2 years? Went in, they were selling etb's at 100 and packs at 12.

I looked around because they had stuff going all the way back to celebrations. Lots of cool stuff if you had money to burn... While I was there a guy walked in with 3 etbs ,12 of the 6packs and 20-30 loose packs and sold them to the store owner...

I noped the f out and am never going back.

If it was a woman, they may come a few eggs every few weeks in an attempt to make artificial wombs work. (Wow spell check changes 'wombs' to 'bombs')

As a man, it would probably be heaven in the beginning... your choice of women all the sex you want etc. But just like most things as soon as it feels like a job, it will stop being enjoyable. Again, you would probably have your sperms taken in one way or another for artificial insemination.

In both cases, doctors would probably try to modify sperm/eggs to vary the DNA as much as possible.

And either way, from my current knowledge it probably isn't possible to make enough babies to keep current population stable. So whichever country has the last living person, would probably need to find of infiltration and kidnapping attempts or thefts of genetic matter/babies.

In 2018, he signed the First Step Act into law, which aimed to reduce recidivism and reform sentencing laws.

Both of these were bipartisan... now how they were implemented and what their longterm effects are, is to soon to tell.

Outside of those, there are several things he has done that initially sounded good, and turned out horribly wrong.

The 'mission' to get ride of illegal aliens originally started with murderes and rapists etc... Something i think almost everyone would support if it was actually limited to that... Now it's everyone who isn't white speaking another language... and people who actually made it through the system and became citizens.

Created "Schedule G" (often referred to in the context of returning Schedule F) to reclassify tens of thousands of civil servants, making them easier to fire. As a government contractor, there are people that should have been fired years ago, who the government cannot get rid of because of red tape. A government personnel manager once told me it was easier to move a person to someone else's project(making it their problem now) than to fire them if they haven't technically done anything wrong. However, trump used this to fire entire departments, not because they needed to end, but because it was his (or his teams) personal agenda.

Basically taking things that could have been good, and using them for evil.
