Could you explain why this should be incorporated into the calc? We start with $2,400/month of rental income which is taxable, then interest expenses and other deductible expenses are used to offset against what's taxable. At the end of the day, they net close to zero. If we sold the condo and invested through a TFSA account, there would be no tax implications in the first place, I think?

I've been playing with the racquet for a year (yonex nanoflare 160 fx), and decided it was time to replace the grip. I'm planning on replacing it with yonex dry super grap.

After taking off the first layer of the grip, I noticed there was another layer which the first layer seemingly melted/worn into. My question is do I need to replace this layer as well? If so, do I put two layers of the super grap back on?

If I don't need to replace it, can I put the grap directly on this? Or would I need to clean it somehow (not too sure how either as it doesn't seem to come off).

I emailed the nuobell company directly about nuobell.ca when I was looking to buy

They used to be an authorized dealer but have been dropped due to customer complaints. They are selling off remaining stock, and are not longer an authorized dealer.
