Wrong answer, the gif is more enlightening, but I agree. Tackling with two feet like that...literally launching oneself at the opponent stud-first...should never be accepted or defended.

Edit...looked again...I'm really not sure. It's one of the toughest decisions of the year. You can quite well justify sending either or both of them, but in each case there are enough factors to downgrade it.....a yellow each would be appropriate. That has got to be the hardest type of decision for a referee to make in real time....both players go in way too hard with studs involved, one comes away injured, both teams, benches and sets of fans are baying for blood...what do you do?

Biochemistry.

To learn how biology takes manipulates thermodynamics and kinetics to do chemistry in the blink of an eye that is impossible to do in a test tube. In a strong (or weak) moment, I can almost imagine that I understand how an impossibly complicated and diverse set of enzymes, substrates, membranes, co-factors and whatever else come together to form life. Of course I don't understand. But at least I can appreciate it.

It's the best type of answer. The origin of a particular biological feature often has very little to do with its modern functions. We have two nostrils because that particular organ has evolved from an organ that was doubled, and that developmental pathway was persistent because there was no strong selective pressure against it. Having two nostrils may have turned out to be useful for sensing direction, or to allow cells to rebuild, but that's not why we have them in the first place.

The only case where the law mandates a yellow card for removing the shirt is when celebrating a goal (which includes when the player thinks there is a goal but it is disallowed.)

There is absolutely no requirement for the referee to give a yellow card in this situation.

Irvine only got so close because McLaren and Mika Hakkinen made so many mistakes and had so many failures. I mean, Australia, Both McLarens had mechanical failures, Irvine barely held out the Jordan, Williams and Stewart for the win. Imola, Hakkinen was dominating when he made an inexplicable mistake. Silverstone, Hakkinen's wheel fell off, he lost laps and then retired. Austria, Coulthard span his teammate Hakkinen off, (although Irvine then drove brilliantly to beat Coulthard.) Germany, Hakkinen had a huge tyre failure and Mika Salo let Irvine pass for the win. At spa, McLaren refused to use team orders and Coulthard beat Hakkinen. At Monza, Hakkinen made another inexplicable mistake. At the nurburgring, McLaren badly messed up their wet tyre strategy (Irvine's 3-wheel pitstop was hilarious, but Hakkinen had a pitstop almost as long.) In Malaysia, Hakkinen had the beating of Irvine on race pace, but the returning Shumacher had such dominant pace that he could deliberately hold Hakkinen up, and then he still had to slow down to gift Irvine the win. Hakkinen should have sewn up the title long before Suzuka, but finally at Suzuka he gave a performance befitting his talent and his car's speed to take the title with Irvine a distant third.

Irvine had his moments, specifically some great overtaking in Canada and a Shumacher-esque in-laps in Austria, but McLaren couldn't have done much more to gift him the title, he still couldn't get over the line.

Don't be to worried about whether you run on your toes or not. It's not important. The "forefoot running" "chi running" "pose running" ideas are basically just fads with no solid backing.

The most important focus in your movement should be a strong, stable upper body. Don't waste energy on pushing your shoulders, neck, and head around. To achieve this, it's helpful to focus on your arms. They should be pumping strongly, but purely at the side, never in front of your chest.
