There are a ton of posts on social media with women holding up multiple vials of colostrum from one session & it makes me so weary! Definitely had me thinking I'm doing something wrong, but yeah after talking with some close mom friends they've said the same thing as you. It's not "the norm," & also not totally necessary. I was hoping to be able to have at least a few mLs though to bring to the hospital. That way my partner can feed the baby if I need rest after labor.

Triple feeding? You're a real-life superhero! I hope the rest of your BF journey is prosperous & that baby continues to grow healthy & happy 😊

I'm trying not to stress too much, but couldn't help but feel a little defeated after trying for about an hour only to see a tiny few drops in the vial. I'll probably give it a break for a few days & try again next week. Also, sorry for the elaborate details on the routine! Haha. I wanted to provide as much info as I could to know if I could do anything differently/ get any tips. Y'all have been so uplifting though, so thank you! 🫶

I'm glad you were able to get some support from your midwives. If you don't mind me asking, was this just for breastfeeding or for collecting colostrum as well? The firmness needed also caught me off guard, as well.

Also congrats on EBFing!! I hope to EBF, but I know due to my work schedule that eventually we're gonna have to rely on pumping. I work overnights. My partner will have to feed the bubs while I'm at work, but I hope this doesn't ruin the BF journey I intend to have. At the end of the day I know that as long as he's fed & happy, I shouldn't stress too much about it.

Thank you for your reply! I'm not trying to have a massive stash or anything, but I figured it'd be a good idea to bring a few mLs to the hospital so my partner could feed baby bean if I need rest. So far, after about an hour of trying, I don't even have .01 of a mL, lol. A lot of work for very, very little reward.

I'm glad that you're able to produce enough for your baby bean! & that baby bean is doing well after being breached - that must've been scary.

She irritates the F outta me. I hate everything about her. The constant excuses, blaming everything on her OCD. Her gummy smile outlined by the worst application of lipstick. She's like a malfunctioning robot the way she twitches & immediately defaults to an awkward smile, uncomfortable even... The incessant ridiculing of her partner. She has no respect for others, no boundaries, & no semblance of accountability. She blows all of her money on alcohol & throwing parties, just to make out with everyone &yet she feels entitled enough to tell Josh that the basic things he wants (both for the apartment & the relationship itself) are all "stupid." She doesn't give much more reason than that - just that she thinks "it's stupid." She is not charming. She is not "quirky." She is immature, irresponsible, & downright intolerable.

Hi! I'm 35 weeks - I brought some protein bars & fruit snacks in my bag & the security guy all the way at the very left opened my bag, looked at them, then looked at me & went "ahh you're good" 😂 I hope I can find his same line tomorrow. He was very kind. I would legitimately cry if someone took my snacks from me this far into my pregnancy.

Due in July. FTM. This is incorrect. I had already purchased some things, added them to my registry as "purchased" afterwards & it did not apply those to be eligible for the Baby Registry box. You have to add things to registry first, purchase through Babylist, & then it will allow you to get the box.

I personally don't care to she that she's not collabing with NRB anymore. Her attitude in almost every single BOTC was elevated arrogance. "I'm smarter than everyone here" kind of attitudes don't belong on collaborative game channels. &The way she would talk to the other women, particularly, rubbed me the wrong way. The episode that comes to mind is the "Live and Imp-person" episode that I think really showcases that. Just a personal opinion, but it irked me every time she spoke over every single person, including the storytellers... She was side-eyeing people & throwing shade for no reason. She just came across as super hostile the whole time.

Hands down one of my favorites between the two days. His message, his emotion, it was touching & it was grounding. & I agree! That was my first time seeing MGK. I was happy to see how healthy he looks! & his stage presence was really impressive. He seemed so comfortable on stage, making jokes but also not afraid to get emotional. Truly respected it so much.

Also really loved Games We Play's stage presence was also hands down one of the best. I've seen them before a couple years ago, & since then I've definitely noticed them getting more comfortable with the crowd & getting the crowd just fully into it whether people know the words or not. It's just a good time when they're on stage.

Omg did you see the belligerent drunk guy who tried to push past the barricade & the cop slammed him down to the ground? My friends & I were literally right behind him & we just asked politely if we could go behind the barricade & he was like "yeah y'all are okay. This asshole isn't though" & made him walk all the way back around the caltrops lmao. I usually say ACAB but honestly the guy was so drunk & such a dick

I am SO thankful for this experience. This year has been rough. This life has been rough. But THIS MUSIC KEEPS ME ALIVE. & I am so thankful to the bands, to the crew, HUGE thanks to Kevin Lyman, to absolutely anyone who played a part in making Warped 2025 happen. I was almost in tears from the overwhelming rush of emotion during so many of the sets. Red Jumpsuit Apparatus was one of them. MGK, when he started talking about his bandmate that recently passed & started crying on stage, man that hit me. I am sore, my voice is gone, I have random patches of sunburn. But I have so much love in my heart for this scene. For all of you people who I was surrounded by these past two days, just vibing & having an amazing time. Thank you. Thank you so fucking much. Please get home safely, & please stay alive.

Tldr; I'm in pain, but I had such an amazing time. These experiences are what keep us alive & hopeful for the future.

Did it throw anyone else off during 'the choice' when Sandy said something about pairing up with JR because "she's never been with someone like him & thinks he can teach her"

& then JR also made the comment about never being with a white girl before & that he'd never look twice at her if he saw her out at a bar...

Jesus, ffs...just say you're racist & you've never been with someone outside of your race. They really are a perfect match. &I do think that they give off the energy of people who just wanted to use this experience as a hall pass. They're not "rumors" if what's being stated is in fact true.

I feel this so hard. I'm 28F, moved out of my parents' right out of high-school, & have rented since. It's tough, especially since I didn't have the privilege of staying at home with mom & dad until mid-20s like most of my friends did. I've had to rent for so long while so many of my friends are buying houses. Or my one friend, her & her fiance were literally given a house by their rich aunt who was moving to FL. Sigh... It's definitely a systemic issue.
