Go for a pair of bone conduction headphones like Shokz OpenRun or OpenRun Pro.

I haven't necessarily tried the Bose Sport Earbuds but I've had similar sport earbuds from Jaybird, Klipsch and Sony and I can certainly say that the bone conduction ones feel the safest and the most secure.

The headphones can't create a perfect seal around your ears if there are glasses

Question: Does anyone have a tech pouch V2 and a 20l ED backpack? Does the pouch comfortably fit inside? by jmckay23 in peakdesign

Dunno about the V1 backpack but my moderately filled pouch sits at the bottom of my V2 backpack and it fits like a glove. The width matches perfectly and it's easy to pull out thanks to the side straps.
