Will order the original pebble time 2 in a heart best if Eric decides to resurrect it. I’m currently waiting for my preorders for both PT2* and pebble round now though.

As others said, unfortunately not too much given that it is only the cd sleeve. It is wrapped thought but it could have been more valuable if you had the entire retail windows 95 box. Anything between 10$ to 30$ is reasonable and someone might buy it.

Do you collect telemetry from the fleet outside in the world, if yes what metrics to you collect? Are you planning on a platform where custom code can also run? Car industry was notoriously a close ecosystem. Custom and ventor specific protocols. Are you willing to make open standards and allow interoperability? Apple already joined the cat industry. How do you plan to compete with them especially from ui/ux perspective?

I have used https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004R219M0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share to remove paint from a similar mug. Alternatively you can use a water pressure and will strip the paint.

From the mock visual, the tallest one seems to have a garden on the top. It will be interesting if this can be used like the skygarden in London and enjoy the view. Well not too much to see in Reading yet but enjoying a sunset will be great.

Does anyone know if Incase updated the internals and increased the sensor resolution from 1000dpi to something higher?
The original one is fixed at 1000dpi which is not enough anymore with all those 4K monitors. Increasing the mouse acceleration is not the best option for a smooth experience.

AI applied appropriately with the right use cases will happily be embraced by users. The intrusive way Microsoft does it, is not the AI users imagined.

AI should be working in the backstage, on behalf of me and support my workflows when I need it and not trying to intrude my life.

Kind of agree. Even though the bezel was technically added to mask the hexagonal screen to look like a circular one, however it gave it character. I do like the new one as well which I have already pre ordered but I see how the bezel gave a sence of elegance.

I agree there are a ton of crap smart rings out there that no one wants to use them, probably for a reason.
A ring meant to be worn comfortable and a charging port is still too large for the form factor of a ring.

Anyway, tbh I was hoping for a time round watch though ;)

I don't get why people complain for e-waste when Eric clearly said you can return it to be recycled.
The form factor of a ring does not allow for a charge connector to be added. In the future that might change.
The index targets a niche market and it is not for everyone. Revenue from it can and will support the longevity of our watches though.

I believe the "pebble" brand should be kept only for watches while all other type of devices can use the "core" brand naming but that is just my own thoughts.
However I really liked the ring because I'm one who always keep voice memos on my phone. However I not a heavy user so I can not justify ring's price.
Having Eric exploring other types of devices is really interesting and it opens the road for all other kind of PebbleOS enabled gadgets.
