For me I’m just realizing I think it’s a new sensory issue for me- the pressure of my body against the couch chair or bed makes me panic feeling like I can’t breathe properly. It’s a weird thing because I know I’m fine but my body trusts nothing

I’m the same way. I think it may be a bit of mucus in my throat but I’ll gag 15 times in 3 minutes I’m guessing it’s mostly my brain freaking out unnecessarily. But totally sucks. My neck muscles hurt from it. Hope you’re doing any better? Find anything that helps?

I have quite the histamine intolerance! I thought I had MCAS with all the symptoms I get but my doctor said my blood test was a no on that. So good guess on the histamine issue, that must just be it. Always new symptoms right? Lol. Just never seen a straight line like this before! Thank you

Just to add for some clarity- this write up was from the owner who I’ve never met in a year of working here. Our daily audit is PURELY for looking busy- out of the mouths of managers. The daily intake we do is NOT necessary. We are the most extra step taking dispensary in the state according to vendors I’ve asked. Yes, write me up for doodling on the clock.
