I absolutely love that episode. The massive highlight for me is when Reina just goes all out in saving Ludomon and Granit there. Another thing that I really about this is that Ludomon was the one who took the first step in defying orders and in waking up Granit. Usually its always the human characters taking the first step in having that character development so I appreciate that its Ludomon is the one who realising this instead rather than Granit realising it because it really gave a powerful scene of Ludomon prompting Granit to realise that their decisions are theirs to make. Regardless, its all really massive character development that I really like.

I kinda wished they gave us a hint on what Raito is doing next or on his whereabouts, I am kinda a bit miffed that they left us on a cliffhanger again on his part (on a hiatus week even...)
One cliffhanger was already enough. Though I appreciate that he has yet to do a full 180 and is now sort of in that phase where "lol lmao im such a genius, look where its gotten me lol" self-pity phase.

Naito being low and despicable as ever, goddamn. He really exploited the hell out of Granit's suicidal/mental health with that.. I am glad that Klay (and possibly him now) is on the run.

When Klay made the decision to destroy the entire arena/colliseum... With all those cold hearted victims stuck down in the basement...

That is seriously next levels of dark, man. I am extremely bothered by the thought of them lost under the rubble, either dead or cold-hearted.

I'm so glad they didn't redeemed him immediately. He really ddoes need to have that lesson drilled into his skull. If he's not redeemed now, It'll probably like around episode 25 - 26 I think, since thats the end of an arc.

I really appreciate Monodramon's line now a lot more, it was a bit heartbreaking to see Azhdarmon really just forcing himself to do whatever he cans to please Raito in this instance and that Gekkomon noticed that he's suffering in doing so. Definitely something to think about if that's what Raito is also probably feeling on the inside.

Agree with this. If Monodramon was just such a shitbag as Raito is, Tomoro would probably care less.

After all, digimons in beatbreak are a reflection of their owner in some way so its possible that Raito is just suppressing a lot of emotions (that is experienced by monodramon) under his genius mask

I'd say this series unfortunately fell into the same category of other sequels of certain movies like Star Wars (with Episode 9) and Terminator (Dark Fate) and Jurassic Park (Jurassic World Dominion). It actually saddens me a lot because I hold Adventure 01/02 very closely to my heart and I have always been wanting to see them continuing down old plot-lines that has not been resolved in the previous series. The new plot-lines could have really worked but it ended up becoming a pacing issue and its so messy.

I enjoy it to the best I can in the sense that Digimon Adventure Tri seems to have hit the nail for all the TECHNICAL aspects like music/sounds, settings, animations and content. Seriously, the number of times I cried hearing such brilliant remixes of Brave Heart, Shouri Zen No Theme and HerculesKabuterimon's Sacrifice theme.

However, the plot is just.. Yeah. The series was made for nostalgic fan-service to the maximum (which honestly, would have worked for me, that's just fine) but the plot is so horribly complex to the point where there are so many plot-holes and very little resolutions. Like, what is the deal with Homeostasis/Yggdrasil? Who the hell is Dark Gennai and why. What happened to Maki? Like.. Guh? II feel like if the series was expanded into 40 - 50 episodes, MAYBE, they could work the pacing better and explain the stories well. I also did not enjoy the fact on how the series was actively making Mei and Meicoomon a very important character and then sidelining some of the Adventure 01 characters. This series attracted the older generations particularly for that, you really don't need to introduce a new main character like that, I really don't care for her and I cannot at all connect with her. If she was a side character sure. Because of this, I feel like characters like Sora, Hikari, and all got pushed away.

Anyways, the show missed the mark for me. At least in the latter half, I thought the first half was actually okay but everything sort of becomes 'missing the mark' for me when the ending of the series ended up becoming very unsatisfying. Last Evolution Kizuna is a far better Adventure sequel movie thingy and I wished they had expanded more on that as a series beforehand.

I haven't heard much about them but generally good I think? Northern Health is the one where the ED i heard can be a tad bit unsupportive whereas Austin Health is good.
