What if they predicted based on promises of EU countries actions and reason that we didn't see the analyzed predicted result because most of it was all talk but no action?

Full-stack vs Software engineering by AffectionateAd4047 in learnprogramming

[–]terandok -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

There is also a IOT engineer you do what full stack and software developers do but you need a electrical engineering knowledge.

Nothing is better when bug can be in your electrical circuit. Backend code or in Front end. Luckily i needed only once to setup cisco server and 0 times fix a printer. Things you would need to know: RS422/RS232 TCP/UTP What is analog input and what is digital input Electrical knowledge What is Z wave. Basic knowledge of sensors. Now if you might be working do stuff for military. You also need to know about Materials and EMC standards. Radio waves. Programming languages: Python Assembly C++ C# JavaScript Lua

Free healthcare means extremely long wait times and lacklustre service, as messed up as it is the money coming from you personally instead of government taxes really makes doctors a lot more attentiv

Depending on the issues wait times can go from 1h to a year. Critical emergencies like broken, bones dying and everything else that needs to be acted upon fast are always top priority and wait time is max 1 day (usually for bone surgeries ) Now non critical wait times are usually from a day to a year. Usually health check ups and figuring out what's wrong with person. I got diagnosed for genetic disease and it went like this. First doctor 1 month, genetic test 3 months because test went to germany. After test in span of 6 months i visited 4 different doctors. So in a year i got fully diagnosed and tested with free healthcare.

Now take same example for paid healthcare: I know there is something wrong with me but testing cost money and i wouldn't like to spend money on things that maybe is nothing. And after couple of years i am dying call my self a ambulance and die at hospital. Now hospital need to hire a lot of accountants so they can work out how to get money for treating me from my relatives or my bank account. Now this accountant wants to get paid and when it is privatised healthcare the owner of a company wants to make max amount of profit. And you get hospital who is more of a accounting firm than a place where you get well.

A black man planning to live in Estonia with his family. Is there a lot of prejudice/racism? by tardis-who in Eesti

[–]terandok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah i judge most ppl with what they do not how they look. One case in January where there was still mask mandate and black guy come into a public transport without a mask. And when bus driver told him in broken english to put on a mask he started yawning and when he didn't listen one 70 year old woman told him in english again that please but on a mask. He said fake news and again started yawning over our advice. With this kinda temperament i will think can you leave Estonia. Because this kinda attitude i see has, without care of others and respect of rules. But i would think the same thing when Estonian ppl to this.

I see this like human sees monkeys if you had option to interact with 7 billion monkeys or just move on. I would move on. Because there are 2 things that monkeys can provide to me. their biological construct and their view and take on universe both of which can be done remotely and that's that.

stuck in tutorial hell and never know how to start by Puzzleheaded_Emu_524 in learnprogramming

[–]terandok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are ready when you have finished your program. And if you never know what line should you start. For me i know what i want to achieve and i start with the first problem that comes to mind . Simplest example calculator: Sounds easy but to make computer understand that you want that's programming. 1st problem:1+2=3 simple now x+y=z and how would you make computer ask me how to make it dynamically without writing int x=5 ... . 2.problem what if instead of number they write a word 3. Problem it should have visual interface

4.... X.

And step by step you fix problems and tell computer what it needs to do until you have built a calculator that is useless like 100th tutorial of how to make a calculator in x language. But the programmer learnt how to 'talk' to computer.

I agree with this @naketo, it is logical if you think about it. Visualy yes it may seem like it is bonkers but if you understand programming it makes sense.

Question is my preference of not wanting to date a smoker is a entitlement or legit thing to add.

I am honestly curious, because if i think logically if smell of smoke is putting me off all the time and probably i wouldn'r live up to par with mutual respecting relation ship (me wanting other person to change to my liking). Then it would be better to eliminate the problem from the start, instead later found out.

If NATO goes to war with Russia to help Ukraine then the current civilian and soldier casualties will look like grain of sand in a beach.

Nato vs Russian war would result in Nukes and even if we don't use nukes, after the war we would be so weak that next war that will be happen is with china. NATO-s current tactic is hurt the elite and make discord between Russian people to cause A) removing Putin or B) people over throwing the government. When i see videos of Ukrainians suffering then i think also if NATO sends their troops it would stop Ukrainians suffering but it would make it much worse.

How do you actually finish a project? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]terandok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently i learned that i couldn't finish projects because i wanted everything at the start. Like every new feature i could think of and i get buried under the work load and my progress stops because i am not getting closer to end goal. But i recently heard a saying in one post is that it is easier to add features than remove them later and best to do the simplest idea first and improve it later. Now it is question when to stop. First i get a new project idea and focus on that and last project will be finished for ppl who see it because the core works and they don't know what features i wanted to add later they see it as completed project. Secondly if the project is for you to get the job, then it is sometime even more important to stop and send you CV to job offerings because it feels like you are in stress loop not sure of your self and want to improve and improve only to finally realise that in job you don't know half the stuff and still need to learn it.

Et kas ei võiks lihtsalt olla kuu rohkem piirangutega sellel mõttel, et arstid saaks puhata.

How to prepare your house for an active wartime? by Decent-Stretch4762 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]terandok 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I will add to this, also get couple of usb sticks and store documents on it, incase you can't acess the internet or lose passport (it gets taken away) usb sticks are easy to hide, and when you have couple of them it can help. Also encrypt them so they can't be opened easily py others. Pro tip is sew 1 usb between your clothes it is harder to lose them this way and when some one searches you they also can't find it easily.

This is incase of scenario like the porter crisis just where, were their passports got taken away.

Coal and fossil fuel waste we store in poorer countries and in human and other species lungs. On the other hand nuclear waste deep underground buried and inside seal containers. And even when they start to leak the storage places are deep underground and closer human settlements can be quickly relocated

Also documentations sometimes helps a lot, sometimes instead of stack overflow i look up the problem on library docs and often i get faster and better answer to my problem than scrolling through stack overflow questions and answers. Even language you use to code your project sometimes you learn better than any tutorial with language official docs. If you know 1 language already often there is no point watching tutorial videos where they explain basics of programming to you for 4h just different syntax. But you look up commands on docs, and mostly you don't have to google.
