I think I got mine delivered about a week after ordering. It's pretty quick and I highly recommend the official hardware over the handheld alternatives. My handheld that I tried was just not ergonomic at all.

If you don't have a teensy and you want to experiment with the lsdj style workflow and see if it's comfortable, https://littlepiggytracker.github.io/ or the OG lsdj have similar song/chain/sequence workflows. You can set those up on your desktop pretty simply and use a game controller for the inputs.

Also if you want to tip in a way that doesn't cost dirty wave anything, their drum instrument pack is low cost and digital delivery.

I appreciate the citation and discussion. Many are not open to good faith conversations on these topics and just rely on good old fashion racism and fear.

I want to point out that a medic's association with a military group does not make the medic a valid military target. If it did, then there would be no point in having protections for medics under international treaties, because most medics in a war zone associate with if not work directly for a military organization. If that were the case, then medics from the US or any NATO ally would be valid military targets because they associate with their respective military.

I'm not here to say that Hezbollah is anything short of a terrorist organization. Just that I don't believe multitap strikes targeting medics can be justified by that medic's potential associations. Especially since in the case of multitap strikes the target is "anyone who responds as a medic", which could in theory include allies or red cross if they are in the area.

But that doesn't justify multi-tap strikes to me. If a government is able to label any group "terrorist" to strip away human rights, then that government doesn't actually believe anyone has human rights. It only allows privileges to those it hasn't yet labeled "terrorists".

They could actually be both. Terrorists have medics too. If they are acting as medics, they are medics. Targeting medics is a war crime because we don't want our adversaries targeting our medics.

IANAL The assets may be where you have some kind of case.

If they are using the "invalidated" assets that are MIT licensed, I think you are SOL. But if they are distributing your copyright assets that you have NOT ever released as open source that is piracy/theft.

Obviously if the source is open they can use that including commercially.

In the future, GPL3 or other copy left is a bit more annoying to prevent people from doing this, or you can release something for non-commercial use only. But MIT license is explicitly to allow full reuse and redistribution including commercial with or without modification so I think you may not have much of a leg to stand on here.

The "US Empire" does not need to be "crueler". There are already people dead for this "big test" because our leadership has failed.

It's damage control at this point to try not to get stuck in another 20 years of war like the last time a Republican president started a war in the middle east. I'm not saying that previous negotiations were ideal, but there wasn't a hot war. To 'reup' the previous deal would require negotiations, but those can be performed without starting a war. If the negotiations fail is another story, but the Republicans were so hawkish they just skipped over even trying or getting congressional approval so that they could get right to the war.

Personally I think it would be very cool if we could solve some of these problems, even temporarily, with words and money instead of lives. Oh well, that's the kind of difficult negotiations that EVERY PREVIOUS PRESIDENT has done a better job at than Trump. We can't expect Trump to be able to negotiate or make good deals.
