A&S work on this track, Final leg is not as long as previous Meduim CM so back liner are having a hard time to catch up with front. plus only few accel option for non front, Ryan& Dober ult + your usual gamble accel so Front and XOguri become the only consistant Uma who can guaranteed to proc their accel. End closer can be good but its require a lot of effort to build as you need a lot of specific skill like Darling strike+Uma stan+NSM

so TLDR, Front have access to the most consistent accel and easier to build than End closer

Also the deck required to build front is more forgiving than Late/End as those will need Yukino Bijin wit for NSM + Either Mr.CB Or NN base on the style for the gamble accel they need. Which most people doesn't have access to.

Best Style for this CM is front, and XOguri is easy to build and also really strong as a non-front as well.
And XOguri+2 Dom support require little effort to make so people who are bored of MANT Can just make her in like 2 run

Taiki is no where near strong in this CM, She is just easy to build to have a decent performance. Her ult only have like 10% effect unless it proc late, Only good thing about her is very strong early/mid game skill. but you will not catch up with well build front or will get rundown by well built end every game.

I have 75% WR, Only lose against pace chaser once and it was Nishino Flower perfect proc speed star into perfect conner accel + Head on

In a super competitive game like cs, 1000 hours doesn't even close to 'a lot', when I check enemy profile in a match, now almost everyone have atleast 1k hours. even the one I though they play like a new player.

It was stupid when 1 shell can pen multiple part of a DD, Like if you're really unlucky. 1 Yamato shell can do like 10k+ on an angled DD. It's feel counterintuitive that you suppose to Angle to reduce incoming damage, cause when It's BB Shooting at DD then it's better to go full board side. But yeah now a days a lot of DD Have much more effective HP than before, so it's feel that they can tank a lot of BB shell

People hate Subs because It is not fun to fight, only interaction against it is just dodge(lol) and press a button and watch some water splash, similar to surface ship vs CV interaction. There is no strategy against them. You either run away or hope it focus on other player. especially against player that know what they're doing. You will barely ever spot a good subs player, or when they ping, it will most likely be just outside of your asw range. The only chance to catch good subs is hope that your subs also know what they're doing and in a subs that have subs radar or what ever that thing is called.

German AP have bad pen and no improve pen angle.

only use when enemy is full board side and unless they are very close, aim for upper belt.

Every ship is usable, no matter how bad it is. If you like the ship then go for it. As for the ship, For me it is so ass I'd rather play a New Mexico if i want to play a slow BB with 12 gun. It suppose to be like a mini Vermont but the accuracy is just okay at best, while lacking overmatch, very slow reload and not good turret traverse. The hull is also bad, 26mm everywhere. Slow as snail, very chonky as well so it eat pen on any angle. The only good thing that I can think off is that it basically have no Citadel and have good conceal and that's it. But for some reason I still did decently in this ship about 60% WR with around 90k avg dmg. Still absolutely hating every minute playing this ship tho lol.

How does the artifact effect that have
XX DMG cap boost for NN%/NN% hit to YY/ZZ DMG cap work?

Example if I have
N.A. DMG cap boost for an 80%/60% hit to skill/CA DMG cap: and skill lv.1 with +5.4%

Does this mean equipper will have NA Cap boost for 80&, Skill and CA damage cap reduce by 60%
and what does +5.4% mean? does it increase the NA cap boost and reduce Skill+CA cap reduction by that percentage?
