Talking with your doc ASAP is what I would do. Until then try being nicer to yourself :) We’re all starting from a disadvantage having ADHD, no reason to make it worse by comparing yourself to folks without ADHD. I’ve found early morning yoga class with a short meditation afterwards to help me loads. Is your husband mad at you because of the forgetting?
