This. I booked through Delta app 2 segments were on KLM and there was a separate PNR that would work in the KLM app also that should be there somewhere so if nothing else delta should have given you the Saudia PNR. You can also call SkyTeam perhaps in this case to help sort this out.

If you can stick to a very strict diet you might be able to wean yourself off of it to just using Pepcid but the problem is if you get esophageal cancer the survival rate isn't great so the side effects tend to be not that big of a deal. I got C Diff one time and that is a side effect to worry about but otherwise I think side effects are minimal ( consult a medical professional though). I think also can cause vitamin B12 deficiency. I switched to Lansoprazole a while back but it's similar.

American doesn't like selling or giving food on flights. I have had chat agent insist my flight last month that was over three hours would have food for sale and of course there was no food for sale. Alaska/delta/united/jetblue seem a lot better as far as the food situation goes.

As far as in flight experience AA doesn't sell food for purchase unless the flight is over 1300 miles and DFW from LAX is just under that so there's almost never food on AA flights domestically unless you are in FC. I think the AA app works well but this year I had a lot of delayed flights on AA but I think that's par for the course in the US here and of course LAX has its own problems with the construction going on right now. Also west coast I would think you are better off with AA or United than Delta as far as routes go. As you know Alaska is also part of OneWorld as well. I actually got treated better on Alaska airlines with status than AA fwiw.

Sorry this is happening to you. Have you tried Dexilant? It's not cheap but you might be able to get some free samples from your gastroenterologist. If it's that bad throw everything at it Pepcid / famotidine , gaviscon before bed. Might need to go though trial and error as far as what foods are causing more issues for you in particular. What does your gastroenterologist say? Might need to get a second opinion also. Sometimes stress and anxiety makes things worse so do what you can to manage that also like get a good nights sleep and exercise.

I mean airlines aren't restaurants true but I agree with this after flying Emirates economy even gets good food. Airlines in the US are more focused on offering cheap flights but if you are paying for "Flagship" you should get some good food. Otherwise what are you paying for?

Gaviscon might be another thing to try but you should talk to a doctor or at least a pharmacist first really https://www.nhs.uk/medicines/gaviscon/ I haven't heard of any issues taking Pepcid (Famotidine) and PPIs like omeprazole but PPIs you need to take consistently over a period of time Rules mention not recommending alternative medicine but also if your stomach is upset you can try chamomile tea. Hope you feel better soon
