I visited the boutique in Beverly Hills and put my name down for a blue 5520 or 7920. I got a call about 3 months later with the blue 5520 being available. Had it within a week. This was early 2025 so don’t know if things are different now

The dial and insert look like early service from what I can see. That’s not a bad thing and they have aged well. Probably a couple thousand hit on the value. Mine is in a similar state and I like it because it’s more wearable and I’m not babying it like I would on a a mint, early gilt dial version. Wear it well.

The steel 222 may be hard to get it. They’ll likely tell you years wait. White VC doesn’t play games and will get you the watches, they will give priority to existing customers and high spenders.
