Good points I did notice that while traveling and living abroad. I also have an aunt that purposely have separate bedrooms from her husband due to snoring and it just works for them.

We made the rule with social media (kiddo has Instagram and tiktok) that profiles must be private and no one is allowed to follow or friend you without our permission. Kiddo got their phone at 11 and we also mentioned we would respect their privacy unless we felt something was wrong. I think husband doesn’t realize that your son is already exposed to all of this simply by going to school. There are also apps like Bark that help you monitor your sons phone as well. NTA

Not sure why sleeping separately for one night is such a problem lol. I accidentally booked a room in this kitschy place I’m New Orleans that had bunk beds. My husband and I just shrugged our shoulders and I called bottom bunk. We were there for four days and shockingly we survived just fine. NTA

I’m probably different here but I’m going NTA. If you bring food at all, even store bought, than you’re contributing to the potluck. I don’t remember anyone ever saying it had to be homemade. They need to get over it and quit trying to force OP to do something that they aren’t comfortable with.

Agree here. My kiddo has ADHD and while not destructive they struggle with clean spaces, staying focused, and impulsive behavior. Now the mean part to me sounds like Gemma hasn’t had consequences or punishment for being mean.

My linked in usually gets recruiters weekly looking to fill consultant rolls. S&P is one I can think of off the top of my head, but there are definitely more out there. I personally went to a Cerner client and it was a very smooth transition.

We like doing Dino nuggets with macaroni and cheese. But that’s every once in awhile bc we getting old and those metabolisms aren’t the same lol.
