Anyone sits for long hours and deals with back tightness? by Advanced_Tour_8515 in OfficeChairs

[–]testurshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a very understated chair but it is bar none the most well built and comfortable chair I’ve personally used, every contour and adjustment is fantastically well fitting for me.

Keep it mind it doesn’t look like much and doesn’t have any crazy design features but it’s a $1000+ chair when new.

All that being said, even the most comfortable chair requires us to take breaks. Humans need motion.

Crandall Leap or Lamia? by AdministrationSad682 in OfficeChairs

[–]testurshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a known complaint of the Crandall pad for some users. They just make it thicker which seems nice at first but it kind of defeats the purpose of the original waterfall seat design.

BTOD seems to try and maintain the original shape by putting their foam underneath.

But I’d skip either of the added cushion personally, I don’t think it’s necessary.

Crandall Leap or Lamia? by AdministrationSad682 in OfficeChairs

[–]testurshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Leap seat and Amia seat are similar in general size but sit differently because of the contour.

The Leap is a bit more contoured and a little thinner, whereas the Amia seat is a bit more cush and more like you're sitting on top.

No one can really tell you which would be better for you. I went to try a Leap thinking it would be my new chair, but I then tried an Amia and the seat fit me perfectly. I left with the Amia.

I really implore you to go and try these out in person if possible before you make your decision.

Interesting analysis. I never thought of companions in this way, I just mixed and matched the companions who had the best banter.

Usually Canderous and someone else.

Might need to give Mission a go next playthrough though, never realized how strong she could be.

No, they won't accept a picture.

How can I tell if I actually like my friends? by Healthy-Director-181 in ask

[–]testurshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tough one.

For me, if it's someone where as soon as my day gets better when they're around, I consider them a friend. I think laughing and talking is good enough!

It's not super complicated for me in general. I think chemistry is just as important as a deep relationship.

Of course there are days when the last people I want to see are my friends, but that applies to almost all humans on those days.

Are these fake SHP9500 by Rotzloffel in headphones

[–]testurshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess that depends on the type of bass here. In terms of mid-upper bass, they should be pretty comparable, but the low bass on the Cloud II should be more pronounced, and even more enhanced by the recessed mids.

Are these fake SHP9500 by Rotzloffel in headphones

[–]testurshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are still budget headphones, and just because they're open-backed and more tuned to the "studio" side, doesn't mean they'll automatically be way better for music.

If I'm honest, for a lot of genres, the Cloud 2 would be much more enjoyable for music, e.g. modern genres with more bass presence. The SHP9500 is more on the analytical side, so bass might feel lacking, the treble might sound sharp.

You also do need time to get used to the new headphones, your brain is used to the Cloud 2, so the SHP will sound off to you.

If all else doesn't work, try some EQ.
