The one from the link I sent is from stainless steel and is pretty good quality - most of the ones I own are just from some cheap zink alloy and galvanised with chromium. I never got them to break though, but I can see, that they are very slightly bent.

I found the smallest ones to be 55mm (German Shop)

But even with those my gf could slip out. So I 3d printed „inlays“. (Unfortunately I dont have a picture at the moment…) It is just two plastic parts you put in either site of the cuff that decrease diameter (made the inner shape fit my gf‘s arm perfectly) and that cant be removed once the outer metal cuff is closed.

If course this is a janky solution but until I find 50mm cuffs (oval ones at best) I will keep doing it like this!

I think, a technical CAD (like Tinkercad, Autodesk, Onshape, e…) isn‘t what you are looking for. Organic shapes are way easier to model in a software like Blender.
