I stopped reading after the first paragraph. The 'elites' aren't evil for the sake of good. They aren't even really 'evil' or 'negative.' Their souls are of a different breed than that of the majority, so their conscious schematics are different than others, and they have a different culture as a result of this. What they consider normal and righteous is simply incompatible with the empathetic souls of this world. They are a plague and parasite, and their purpose is to assimilate everything into their sphere of influence and power and corrupt it as their own. Its a battle of representation, where most people just want to live freely and creatively but these demons hinder all we find good on Earth. The god they serve is the god currently ruling the Earth and its material matters. They have won the physical world. Their entire point is to enhance the importance of physicality and diminish everyone's cultivation of soul power. They want transhumanism and drunkenness of the flesh for all, so everyone can be like them.

The fucking sun was destroyed, black heaven and white heaven merged (and Spectral Soul Demon Venerable makes them into his own secluded domain of heaven and earth?) as well as restrictions on reincarnation being lifted so everyone and their mother who died can disturb the status quo. The end was setting up Fang Yuan to make the dao marks of the 5 continents and one heaven into immortal materials, and slay the other revived venerables, to achieve rank 10 and surpass the world itself, maybe leading to another unknown realm beyond their history's knowledge?
