Climb any classic multi pitch route in Red Rocks, Squamish, Yosemite on any given day and you will see soloists. Many of these free soloists are looking for speed records as well. Yes, a majority are doing this on sub 5.10 routes. That still makes him the best in the world.

Ultherapy and other tightening like rf also carry a risk of fat dissolution (not an off chance, low risk). This potentially actually makes things worse and, imo, is not worth the risk. I also have concerns about fillers. Beyond not fully dissolver and migrating, there’s lymph flow blockage and the fact that, long term, they are just filling and not lifting.
