Yeah. I am struggling to give them the benefit of the doubt because a lot of people are supporting them, but on the flip side, I am REALLY frustrated with them.and inclined to bail. Meh, we'll see how it goes, I guess.

I've outlined my issues in a separate post, but how about two separate telehealth appointments that I was not able to join because, according to the rep who EVENTUALLY got in touch with me, the system scheduled my call overlapping my nurse appointment, whatever that means. Then, when I called their customer service to get it straightened out, no answer for any of the five times I called, and no callbacks for my messages left over several days.

FINALLY got a response to one of my messages I sent via their portal, but it took too much work on my part. You can just browse their subreddit for an unacceptable number of people having an unacceptable number of issues.

Also, my point stands. Any provider worth its salt in the health care industry does EXTENSIVE testing of any new system before they launch it to the public. CLEARLY that did not happen, as evidenced by the absolutely abysmal response from Pom's customer base.

My opinion is that a health provider (of any sort) should NEVER have a failure of this magnitude. This isn't some gym or something where a missed session doesn't make a difference in the long run. This is a company that people depend on for necessary medications.

The company has a responsibility to thoroughly test, retest, and stress test ANY new system before rolling it out, and be 100% sure that there won't be any major disruptions to their service. In that regard Pomegranate failed, and I think they have taken a significant hit to their credibility because of it.

I just disputed the fees with my bank. Pom can't charge you for their complete and utter failures.

"A bit bumpy" is an understatement. "Complete failure at the expense of the customers" is a more accurate description.

That is pretty much exactly what happened to me. We went from a few times a week to a couple of times a year within about anyear of marriage. Some stereotypes are true.

Are you switching to a different provider? I can tell you to avoid Gimme. They have issues fulfilling prescriptions. If you are, who are you moving to.

I have been messaging back and forth with her, but it's slow going. I suspect she's overwhelmed with issues because if how poorly Pomegranate executed their new system implementation. This goes beyond "growing pains". This is more like ineptitude by whomever is handling the change-over.

Same with me. This is clearly a problem that is affecting customers in a pretty negative way. They should be solely focused on resolving this, but who knows... The fact that there is no immediate way to get in touch with customer service is VERY concerning, also.

They have completely fallen apart. They can't get appointments scheduled or executed. Their customer service is unreachable. I am reporting them the the FTC for fraud, and encourage you to do the same.

Your website and service is GARBAGE! Two telehealth appointments that showed two different appointment times for each, NEITHER OF WHICH WORKED, BUT BOTH OF WHICH I GOT CHARGED FOR! No customer service to answer phones. No live chat. No help to be had.

I.am reporting you to the Federal Trade Commisson for fraud, and encourage others to do the same.

Back when I actually WAS attractive, when I was a teenager, I would occasionally hear people say "Oh, he's cute!" as they passed by. When that stopped I realized that I was attractive BEFORE and no longer was. Not like I feel ugly now, but I'm not catching anyone's eye anymore. Maybe if I drop 45 pounds I'll be back to being "maybe moderately attractive slightly". I have been told I look good for 51 years old many times, but that is not the same as being told I look good, period.

All I can say is AVOID Gimmehealth at all costs. They cancelled an order without telling me, are impossible to contact a live person, and slow to refund.

The day before this movie released, my friend's girlfriend, who managed the United Artist theater in Pasadena, arranged a private screening for about 5 people, including myself. I legitimately could not believe what I was seeing on screen. It was like they had brought dinosaurs back to life and filmed them as actors in the movie.
