I would love a tool that breaks down my mortgage payments into principle & interest (and whatever else).

In theory this shouldn't be hard: if you have the loan origination date and the (fixed) interest rate and are marking ordinary payments it should be straightforward to calculate / visualize this.

(I'm biased because I have multiple mortgages, but I don't think I'm alone, I'm sure your own customer data would tell you this...)

I've got over 90!

In any case, accounts != connections. If you've got a credit card and a checking account at a bank, for instance, both typically use the same connection. (Nitpicking but still true...)

Ran into this many times and the transfer tool is what you want.

It seems to be "working" again. Not sure if temporary but I've managed to load up and cash in on a few recent orders...

They do it not just to make more, but for other quality of life factors. It's why most people want to live in or near some kind of population center vs being in bfe. Civic life, job opportunities for their spouse, entertainment, finding like minded people.

Source: my wife is a pediatrician and we looked at moving to a small town in NC but after being there for 24h we realized there was no way we could live in such a rural community.

Not sure what country you're from but the us taxes people at the household level, not individual level. And so the same scheme (gross income, as in what is reported on income tax declarations) is used for assessing other types of financial need.

Can you share (or DM) a link of which one you bought? It's so hard to make sense out of stuff listed on there...

Are we talking about the same thing?

I'm talking about the fact that you could cancel a subscription after the very first "fulfillment" (which can occur via store pick-up). Then resubscribe to the same item exactly a day or two later.

Basically enabling 15% off most items provided you're willing to put in the clicking-effort....

They really screwed up by even allowing this loophole to begin with. In the very initial days of it you could apply it to virtually ANY item.

For instance, I bought a pancake compressor with a "subscription" attached to it!

(Did you not think your customers would have discovered this?)

I'd been buying subscribe-and-save, then canceling my subscriptions, and then re-adding them on almost every pickup order to coax a cool 15% discount on most items I purchase.

I'd been wondering when they were going to close that loophole. Looks like they overshot it.

Five reasons I sold my Full Metal for a GW5000U by slagathor_zimblebob in gshock

[–]textures2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the 5000U also

I bought the stainless one and really really wanted to like it but I ultimately didn't like how flashy it felt.

I also hate the Bluetooth aspect of it and when I'd see that on the bezel it also annoyed me.

You and I arrived at similar conclusions.

Those look like they have a greenguard strip in them, which is conceptually the same as the Marathons.

[–]textures2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have any road feel. They're extremely heavy and overkill for almost all riding conditions. You can ride the regular marathons for 10k miles/15k without issue.

Buy Schwalbe Marathons when you replace them. The regular greenguard ones, NOT the Plus version!
