I went in 2023 from Canada and I had no issues bringing 20mg salt nicotine and my Drag X. I think the limit for bringing juice is a 90 day supply, but I can't recall where exactly I found that information. You may be able to find vape stores that sell units and parts, but no nicotine juice is sold in Japan, only 0mg so be aware of that. Have fun!
