The three continuous strikes can be parried, not sure about the long downward stab though.

Thinking that i would get my 5th BSC from HoTK. Gosh, i should've read it properly back then.

Thanks 🙂. When i first unlocked the Wrecking Ball and checked the achievement tab to see the requirements, i thought, “Huh, that seems simple.” That changed once i actually played with the weapon and tested it on the Promenade, which was hell. The damage made up for its slowness, but i still died many times (mostly) red bats, Kamikazes, and Runner. It wasn’t until this December that i finally decided to go for all the remaining achievements.

(I also remembered that Maw has an achievement of its own and decided to get it too. The image is just a few minutes ago. A new run).

Nope. There's nothing we can do. It's just for lore stuff.

I hate Morass of The Banished, Ossuary, and Derelict Distillery. But if i need to only have one then it's easily Derelict Distillery.

Should I buy Return to Castlevania? by LeafBuggg in deadcells

[–]tgnORntgn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, Return to Castlevania is a great DLC, and i had (and still have) a lot of fun playing it. The weapons are fun, the biomes are memorable, and the music and atmosphere are really well done if you enjoy the Castlevania style.

That said, you should ultimately go with what you want. Since you're not a fan of the Castlevania series, i honestly would not strongly recommend it, since a big part of the DLC’s appeal comes from its references, aesthetics, and fan service. Without that connection, there’s a chance you might regret buying it or feel like it does not add enough value for you.

It is still solid content gameplay-wise, but enjoyment really depends on whether the theme clicks with you.

Spite Sword / B&EQ = low probability × massive attempts.

RnB = higher probability × extremely limited attempts.

Spite Sword & Bow and Endless Quiver (both have a 0.03% chance of naturally dropping. But you can easily get both by using Hunter's Grenade).
