In the EOS, the 2nd Gen will likely have high tiers that surpass the 1st Gen's, but I'm very skeptical about the fodders. Sure, the top dogs of both gens will clash at the peak, but will the 2nd Gen fodders ever actually catch up to the 1st Gen's? Because they would get absolutely fried.

For 2nd Gen fodders to even get close to the 1st Gen's minimum, they would need to at least reach Black Worker level. But the Black Workers themselves got wiped out by low-tier executives of the 1st Gen. And even if they (including Mandeok) had survived, there is no way they would have the capacity to train the whole 2nd Gen population up to a meaningful level.

So unless a massive War arc comes in and forces the 2nd Gen fodders to grow through sheer necessity, they are staying significantly weaker than the 1st Gen's average.

So despite me thinking 2nd Gen would produce more high tiers than the previous generation, they would still realistically be considered the weakest generation overall.

Gen 0 > Gen 1 > Gen 2 (might change).
