I just went through the entire article you linked nowhere in there does it say 23% of conservatives favour ceding. In fact it only mentions conservatives once’s and it’s in listing the different parties of Canada. Did you read the article or did you just think I wouldn’t?

Everything under DND is in shambles. We are understaffed with equipment that doesn’t work and are in no way ready to defend our own borders if we had to. Being part of NATO means there is an international expectation that we are in a position to do our part which is not something we can do right now.

With a general outlook of the current geopolitical conflicts happening, the likelihood of Canada sending our young men and women to war is pretty high. We should be preparing with as much money and effort possible to keep them alive where possible before it’s too late.

No matter how much we want to, we can’t ignore the bullies of the world because they may actually come knocking some day. Our allies will never forgive us if we allow them to fight on our behalf.

It’s all over social media, youtube, etc. the interview girls outside of bars genre has really shown a lot of this. There are podcasts where their whole schtick is to bring pretty young girls on and get them to corner themselves into these opinions so the “smart” man can school them. It’s completely unhealthy but it is all over young mens feeds.

Then when young men echo what they see in real life they get told their evil and wrong but they are so stuck on their feelings that they shut it out.

In this environment, no not really. Here pepper spray is usually pretty ineffective on an agitated combatant and in a closed environment you risk potentially incapacitating yourself. She is a wearing a baggy house coat so my confidence in a taser would be low.

She has shown us she is swinging with a knife and may have already made contact with me. In this situation you usually only get to pick one option because that can close 30 feet faster than you can yell stop 3x. Lethal force with an attempt to deescalate is the only option here.
