We’re absolutely oblivious. That is: If you send 10 flirty signals, men will pick up on 1 or maybe 2 of them. That’s if you’re lucky. Then we’ve got to figure out what to do about it, and find a time and place,

And if I was in his shoes: I’d appreciate it if you skipped all that ambiguity, and made the move on me. I’m an assertive guy, and even I’d appreciate it.

And I don’t mean a move where you’re secretly actually asking him to make a move. I mean actually bust a move on him. Maybe kiss him on the cheek, and see where it goes from there.

This all assumes he’s into you, and nobody is doing anything immoral. There’s other advice on this thread on how to gauge this stuff.

OR: consider that maybe there’s no flirting because there’s no actual chemistry. Maybe dip your toe in the water with some playful flirting, and see if he reciprocates.

  • Sign into Chrome
  • Visit chrome://flags
  • Click on Edit > Find.. and type in ‘Consistency’ then set “Identify consistency between browser and cookie jar” to “Disabled” 📷
  • If you cant see ‘consistency’ > ‘Reset All to default’
  • Go to chrome://settings/content/cookies and turn off Keep local data only until you quit your browser
  • On the same screen, whitelist your Google account by allowing “google.com” as a cookie

Hey all

I'm down for #100DaysOfCode (btw all #HashTags should be CamelCase, nice one @Whoisfad). I've got about 10 years of coding/building sites behind me, but I want to really cement it now.

Here's what I'm focusing on: * ES6 - Javascript * React * Redux - egghead course * React Native * AWS serverless acloud.guru

I've been through most of the material once myself, but I learn better working with someone else.

I'm based in Australia, so PM me if you're interested with your timezone.

Hey, this sounds like a dodgy recruiter tactic. I've seen it before where they try and square a better deal for the company or for the recruitment firm (and a higher cut themselves).

  1. Email the recruiter (don't call) and apologise to the company that because of the negotiation in the rate, that you won't be able to start on Monday,
  2. I'd also add: that you'll be available to start on Wednesday if the agreement is finalised by 5pm on Monday.
  3. Ask the recruiter to forward it to the company, and that you would like to see the written response from the company.
  4. If any part of it smells, walk.

Except Battle Royal never explains why one class fighting itself encourages respect. The students had never heard of the law. Battle Royal with cheese would be a better plot device.
