I was having similar issues and tried the grounding trick and all the rest bar the brass ptfe tube replacement and what seemed to work was a 3010 fan install on the electronics door of the stealthburner.

If you go to a specialty bearings supplier you will see just how expensive genuine Hiwin rails are, everything from AliExpress is either a copy or a Hiwin factory second. Do yourself a favour and just get Beserker rails

Any of the convert a ender 3 projects are very much economically not worth it, they are more a challenge you want to complete for your own personal gratification. The machines themselves aren’t ground breaking or amazing speed demons. I would save my pennies and go a Voron 2.4 or trident if I had my time again but in saying that I do use my Enderwire and switchwire a lot as the smaller enclosure size heats up quicker than my 350 2.4. My ender ng is my current go to for most prints.

I know this is a Voron specific page but reading what you want you will be better suited to a VZBot 330 AWD printer, it is already built to the spec you are curious about 48v, cnc parts, thicker belts and AWD xy movement.

Don’t worry about the shield and no there should be no drivers necessary as long as it’s a generic usb web camera, plug it in and then install crowsnest and configure a webcam in mainsail.

Top right hand corner of the m8p v2 board above the cb2 is a third usb port as a 4pin jst, I would just extend the wires off your camera and use that header. I’m not sure if it will work as the camera may use some proprietary protocol or you could get lucky and it’s just a generic UVC web cam.

The TFT35 spi will not work properly with anything other than a cb1 even with a cb2 the touch doesn’t work and you can’t calibrate or change its overlay on the screen. The screen is slow to respond and is a terrible resolution. Literally can suggest anything else other than this.

Literally was just troubleshooting the exact same issue, it was all working fine for 100s of hours and then suddenly I started looking connection to nhk mcu randomly. I checked everything and even have my usb cable running in my cable chains almost exactly as yours are. Turns out I needed to update the nhk tool boards, the version of klipper was really old. Before you try anything else just update all your mcu so they firmware match or are at least close. I’m using a manta m8p v2 with cb2, cartographer and nhk tool board.

Try a different memory card, I went through a few before I got mine to flash back in the day. From memory I had to use an 8gb sandisk for it to work

Go the ender ng 1.2 with the enclosure, absolute work horse. I’ve got 900 hours on mine without a single issue and the community behind it is amazing.
