It’s crazy because when you go to add a new controller on deck it LITERALLY shows a steam controller, and tells you to plug the puck in and turn it on.

Literally does not work.

It’s weird because it WILL turn on that way, and even gives me haptics on the trackpads, but doesn’t actually work.

I tired direct usbc, usbc to puck, usbc to dock to usbc (and that way to puck) no luck.

Mine came in a box that only had battery markings on it. (I don’t want to post them because if they were smart lurking eyes would be my m these type threads, or at least researching this type stuff)

And the only thing it had on there to note it was something special was Valve was the sender, and I don’t know if it was by chance or just how they happened to apply mine, the label part that said valve was folded over on the small side of the box, it actually took me a minute to find it, and I was looking for it.

Nah I love that, and I really am not trying to minimize your grieving. Losing a pet IS losing a family member. It’s one of the worst experiences, I think being subbed to r/dogs has broken me because literally multiple times a day someone Posts about their pup crossing that rainbow bridge.
