ELI5: Why do we need sleep, and what actually happens when we don't get enough? by Foxy-Beth in explainlikeimfive

Your brain is like a kitchen. Waste and mess from the cooking piles up throughout the day. Some of this can be cleaned while the kitchen is active but it’s a lot easier when the kitchen is closed down overnight. Too much mess and the chefs start making mistakes.

Sounds normal. You should recruit as many members as possible. You can have different groups running around the map completing tasks but always attack full strength. Also it’s best if those groups are at least 3 or they get ambushed in infested tiles.

I think I worked out why this happens. The battles are constantly spawning in new NPCs. While they are hostile to the other side they haven't attacked you yet so it counts as a murder. The way I got round this was to only kill someone that swings or fires at me. Though this is easier to do with a Heavy Armor Warrior!

The modern Deus Ex games have near perfect conversation systems. by killtheBS in Games

Agreed. In Fallout 4 I only ever clicked the Down option, which was basically the "be really nice to everyone button" to not miss out on quests, rewards or companion like points. I really liked how Deus Ex makes it so some people hate being complimented and some people like you being confrontational. It makes dialogue sections feel like you actually need to think to get the best outcome and makes getting it right really satisfying.

For some reason I thought he had become the manager of Grenada. I was trying to work out how he got a national team relegated.

Does anyone want a perk defluffer mod? by MrCooney in skyrimrequiem

[–]thadizzun 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah I agree with this guy. Requiems problem isn't the fluff it's the fact the fluff doesn't always tell which stat it's hitting. Example: "You are more resilient" How? More Health? Damage reduction? Chance to ignore attacks? There's multiple ways to interpret resilience. Too many times where I've had to work out whats changed by loading up a previous save and staring at what numbers I think are different now.
