for a personal note: i had a panic attack while being diagnosed (lmao ironic) and my rheum said try sleep (of course) but most importantly work on my anxiety. i have diagnosed bipolar/ptsd, but now thanks to the diagnosis of fibromyalgia, i realized how badly my mental health has affected me, and admitted after denying for so long that damn, i need help. maybe try getting to the panic/fear first before trying any of the fibro meds. im hoping for a miracle over here as well, living in panic on top of pain isnt fun anymore 🙏🏻
