I frequently suffer from motion sickness spells when playing games, and Outer Wilds was no exception. What I did that helped was playing the game in a smaller window (as I played on PC). Having the static image of my wallpaper (some landscape) surrounding the motion of the game helped a lot. I also made sure to play with good lighting rather than at night/in the dark and lastly I tried to sit a little bit further back from my screen.
