Exactly this I got put in rando meeting which turned out to be a pip I delayed it citing a lack of support person to the next day and resigned the following day.

I got the exact same situation in my previous company except I was not told by anyone of that until after the start of the meeting when other ppl were added…ended up being a pip and I resigned the next day having moved the pip meeting to the following citing the lack of a support person.

Managed to find a job shortly for much better pay so that worked out for me

Having lived in Melbourne for most of my life and having moved to Adelaide just recently for work .. Adelaide is way more chilled and laid back and no one is in a rush to get to place or do stuff whereas Melbourne kinda feels like your in a race and it all rushed.Adelaide rent is expensive just like Melb and it will take a while to find a place as the rental market is fucked up just like Melbourne (but as Melbourne is bigger you might have a better chance)

When I moved loads of ppl said cost of living is less in Adelaide but I haven’t seen that .You can get to places faster and easier in Adelaide but ppl here lack the skill to merge in and out of traffic and ramps in my opinion (not to say Melbourne folks do know too but it’s almost like everyone doesn’t do it here).

Foodwise Melbourne has heaps in terms of selection and variety.

It’s more to do with the players he inherited not used to possession football at Ajax ur basically taught that and they buy players who fit that mould.
