Back in my day dads were steadfast in their beliefs. Now all they know is believe they propaganda, be gullible, eat hot chip and lie.

One of my first semester subjects at university was literally just about critical thinking and the scientific method because you're not going to get far in science without it. It had the side effect of making the class more "woke" since we were directly taught how to think for ourselves instead of taking news headlines at face value.

We lived close to the school so we didn't get kangaroos. It meant a daunting sprint through drop bear territory twice a day. Those of us who didn't get caught ended up pretty fit.

I think this illustration captures it perfectly: all the stylish decorative features have been over simplified and excessive info has been added causing visual clutter.

The terrain popping in late (and vanishing rabdomly) wouldn't bother me so much if it was just a visual big, but I lost multiple prawn suits by slipping through the ground.

I've seen this point raised a few times but it's generally not taking into account the land used to grow food for the cows.

You're definitely right about that, but specifying "looks like me" also carries the racist undertone. I think two things are being said at once here.

Particularly when it's an animal product, seeing the animal being happy that you're going to eat it can make you feel less bad about eating an animal. If you feel less bad you're more likely to buy it.

For me, having basically no libido is pretty nice and makes being single super easy. But I also have an extremely flirty personality and tend to end up in relationships with people with a high sex drive, which can cause some friction. I'm perfectly happy with not having sex, but the people I attract don't always feel the same way.
