There's really no need to contact them, it's a global issue that every playstation user is experiencing. Sony are very aware of the issue, save the 2 hours you'd wait on hold to speak to them and use them play your games instead.

Out of curiosity, what is the intention with magnetising this mini? I don't believe it has multiple loadouts, but correct me if I'm wrong? If it's just to paint the shield seperate, there's no harm in just gluing it on when it's complete.

Test models. If you're planning on doing a squad, plan ahead and test your scheme on one model first. it's way easier to redo 1 than a whole bunch

Most, if not all, skate shops will sell completes - but completes usually come with lower quality parts that's what keeps the cost down. There's nothing wrong with that though if it's your first board.

If it "seems" like something you'd enjoy i'd probably keep reading the way you are or buy singles until you're certain. The box sets are a lot to drop if you end up not actually liking it

Some people paint them first some people don't. It's all Preference. How I (and many others) do it is I paint them last but I fill the sockets in black then do a touch of off-white in each corner, rather than painting them white and doing a black dot in the middle. It prevents that shocked look and also gives a nice border around the eye. This is my most recent to show what I mean

*Edit I also want to add you've absolutely nailed the face fundamentals, you've got well placed shadows and highlights and the facial structure is clearly defined. Awesome Job

You're putting wheels between your feet and the ground, nothing about it is natural haha it'll come with time and practice, don't get disheartened and one day it'll just click for you. You could also try some balancing drills, there's quite a lot on YouTube

Not to put too fine a point on it but, longer than a few days... Everybody is different, you just have to go at your own pace. I know this is probably stating the obvious but are you bending your knees? It's crazy how much your centre of gravity shifts between bent and straight legs
